Minimo Games Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Accepting These Terms

Minimo Games is operated by Little Software LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Naples, Florida, USA. By creating an account, connecting an AI agent, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You sign in through Auth0, using an identity provider you choose. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person is one account holder; do not share an account with someone you would not let publish games in your name.

Children And Family Use

Minimo Games is often used to make games for kids, classrooms, and families, but an account holder must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where they live. A parent, guardian, or educator who supervises a younger creator holds the account and is responsible for what it publishes.

Your Games Are Yours

You keep ownership of the games you create, including their code, text, and images. To run the service, you grant Little Software LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, and display that content, so we can host your games, serve their assets, generate previews, and show published games and author pages. The license lasts as long as you keep the content on the service, and it exists so the service can work, not so we can sell what you make.

Publishing Is Public

A game stays private until you ask to publish it. Publishing makes that game, its assets, and your author page readable by anyone with the link, and published pages may be indexed by search engines or cached by third parties. Unpublishing removes the game from the public pages of this service, but it cannot retrieve copies other people already made. Do not put private or sensitive information in game content.

Content You May Not Publish

  • Content you do not have the rights to use, including code, art, audio, fonts, and trademarks belonging to someone else.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a real person without their consent.
  • Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against people, or that promotes hatred against a group.
  • Malware, cryptominers, credential-harvesting pages, or code that attacks the service, other creators, or players.
  • Content that misrepresents who made it, or that impersonates another person or organization.
  • Content that is illegal where you or your players are.

Using The Service And Its Agent Integrations

Use the service, its website, and its MCP integration as intended. Do not attempt to reach other creators' private games, bypass authentication or ownership checks, evade rate and size limits, or use automation to exhaust shared capacity. We may apply technical limits, and we may change them to keep the service available for everyone.

AI-Generated Content

You build here by working with an AI agent of your choice, which is a third-party product under its own terms. What an agent writes on your behalf is your content and your responsibility, including checking that it does not infringe anyone's rights and that it behaves as you intend. We do not review game content before it is published.

Availability, And No Warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, that it will keep any particular feature, or that your content cannot be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you would miss.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted content, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law allows.

Suspension And Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your games. We may suspend or remove content, or suspend an account, when it breaks these Terms, when it puts the service or its users at risk, or when the law requires it. We will try to tell you why, unless telling you would itself be unlawful or unsafe.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Updates take effect when posted on this page, and the date above says when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts serving Collier County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
